Anthony Hitt Chief Executive Officer

Anthony Hitt has served as Engel & Völkers North America’s Chief Executive Officer since January of 2014. He has been personally involved in Engel & Völkers’ emergence in the United States since 2010, when the Hamburg-based real estate leader tapped him to establish its presence within California. As a direct result of his leadership, managerial expertise and dedication to outstanding performance, Anthony was promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer in May of 2012, when he moved to the company’s North American headquarters location in New York. His continuing drive for excellence led to the current role as CEO only a few years later.
 
Under Anthony’s leadership, the brand in North America has grown 10 fold in closed transactions and now operates in more than 45 markets with more than 1,000 real estate advisors representing the brand.
 
Anthony was a top-producing agent who was continually acknowledged for his business acumen and commitment to customer satisfaction by publications such as the Wall Street Journal and the Los Angeles Times. Drawing from his experience – and from his success managing his own record-setting team of twelve real estate professionals under the Anthony Hitt banner – Anthony established a training course for other agents to raise the bar for superior performance in the industry.
 
Anthony pursued the same objectives upon joining Engel & Völkers, where his management and training initiatives provided an extraordinary level of support for the brand’s license partners and brokerages, allowing them to attract the top agents to their teams and raising the interest of the most discriminating real estate consumers.
 
Prior to joining Engel & Völkers, Anthony worked with Sotheby’s International Realty in Los Angeles for eight years and closed approximately 400 real estate sales transactions amounting to nearly half a billion dollars. Los Angeles Magazine named Anthony one of the city's "Super Agents," and Los Angeles Business Journal awarded him as their first and only "Green Agent of the Year."
 
Anthony credits his business and real estate success to his philosophy of providing exceptionally personal customer service and constantly implementing the most up-to-date systems for efficiency and comprehensive service. He has authored several books to share his advice for success in business and in life with others, including Essentials of Personal Achievement, Taking Charge, and Positive Impressions.

Jim Ramsay Chief Operating Officer

Jim Ramsay is Engel & Völkers' Chief Operating Officer in North America. Jim is responsible for expanding and strengthening Engel & Völkers' presence in new markets throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. He is also responsible for managing the North America market development team in the field and leading internal teams in the enhancement of the brand's service offerings.

Jim joined Engel & Völkers in 2014, bringing with him more than 20 years of sales, operations and management experience in a variety of industries. He joined Century 21 Real Estate, effectively entering the real estate industry, in 2001 and has a long track record of success having managed the operations and growth of two of the biggest brands in real estate. He spent the first 11 years of his career with Diageo, the world's largest wine and liquor supplier, in a variety of sales, marketing, trade marketing and chain account positions.

Ulrike Cohen Chief Financial Officer

Ulrike Cohen is Engel & Völkers' Chief Financial Officer in North America. She is responsible for the financial, risk management and administrative operations of the company. She is also overseeing all legal matters for the company, including franchising, corporate, sales and marketing compliance and human resources.

Ulrike joined Engel & Völkers in 2008. Prior to that, she served as Vice President Operations, Foreign Subsidiaries for OneVision, a software company, where she was responsible for operations of subsidiaries in the United States, United Kingdom, France and Brazil.

Jacob Stepan is the Executive Vice President, Expansion for Engel & Völkers North America. He is responsible for leading and ensuring the continued expansion of E&V shops and License Partners in North America. Jacob and his team solicit, select and award franchises to qualified candidates that will positively represent the Brand in every market they enter.
 
Engel & Völkers has seen significant growth under Jacob’s leadership of the Expansion team. Jacob is responsible for the success in selling dozens of new shops and has more than tripled the number of franchises in the network since he joined the team. There has been significant growth in key metro markets, resort areas, Canada and the Caribbean.
 
Jacob joined the E&V team in January of 2014 because he was attracted to the freshness of the brand as well as the competence, exclusivity, and passion of the advisors, license partners and employees of the company.
 
Prior to joining Engel & Völkers, Stepan held previous positions including Chief Operating Officer for CENTURY 21 International Real Estate, LLC, a division of Realogy Corporation, Chief Operating Officer of Cheaptickets, Senior Vice President Operational Support - Real Estate Division for Cendant Corporation, and more.

Jill is responsible for the consistency and quality of every aspect of the brand's strategy which includes shop designs, marketing collateral; advertising campaigns; web, mobile and digital activities; and the development of new Engel & Völkers products and services. Jill joined Engel & Völkers in 2009 from Sotheby's International Realty in Westchester, New York, where she was Vice President and Director of Marketing for five years. While at Sotheby's International Realty, she coordinated marketing activities between local and corporate offices, planned networking events and training courses and consulted on new real estate technologies and marketing strategy.

Peter Ianos Sr. Vice President, Brokerage Services

As Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services of Engel & Völkers North America, Peter Ianos applies his expertise to manage the development and operations of Engel & Völkers' brokerage network throughout North America. He leads efforts to enhance the company's brokerage partner selection process, manage the quality and consistency of the Engel & Völkers brand values throughout the development process, and provide ongoing consultation to maximize service quality, productivity and market share.

Prior to joining Engel & Völkers, Peter had been with CENTURY 21 Real Estate for more than ten years. As part of their Strategic Growth team he worked on the development of the "C21 New Growth Platform" providing offices with resources and guidance in areas of relocation, distressed properties and affinity partnerships. In addition, Peter was responsible for the redevelopment and redeployment of the Franchisee Onboarding Process for the opening of new office locations, as well as consulting with existing offices on mergers and acquisitions.

Sharon Delaney Sr. Vice President, Academy

Sharon Delaney is the Senior Vice President of Academy for Engel & Völkers North America. She was excited to join the Engel & Völkers team in January 2015 because of the opportunity she saw to help a premium real estate company expand into the North American market.
 
Sharon's more-than-a decade worth of real estate marketing and training experience makes her a valuable asset at Engel & Völkers. Sharon led the rebranding and global launch of luxury real estate brand Coldwell Banker Previews International® when she was with the Realogy Corporation as Vice President of Coldwell Banker Previews International, along with overseeing product development and regional marketing.
 
As the Director of Regional Marketing for Century 21 Real Estate Corporation, Sharon provided marketing consultation and system tools and product training to more than 700 brokers and thousands of real estate agents. Sharon has also designed and delivered numerous media and messaging training for international companies, hosted luxury real estate conferences, facilitated group seminars, taught interview skills and job coaching, and much more.
 
Sharon's extensive experience training individuals towards success allows her to coach and create a network of highly experienced and successful Engel & Völkers advisors in North America. She also managed her own marketing consulting group, Delaney CMO, and held several business development roles.
 
She holds a B.A. in Communications and a M.A. in Vocational Counseling. As a certified Infinite Possibilities® Trainer, Sharon enjoys helping real estate professionals make their business dreams come to fruition.

Tim Jones Sr. Vice President, Expansion

Tim Jones is Senior Vice President of Expansion, Western Region for Engel & Völkers North America. He is dedicated to the growth of the brand throughout the U.S., focusing on the country's western states. Tim started with Engel & Völkers in 2008. He developed his first Engel & Völkers brokerage in Santa Monica, California the same year, and it continues to be a top performing shop within the Engel & Völkers network.
 
Prior to joining Engel & Völkers, Tim was a Director for Realty World International responsible for managing brokerage services report. Tim has held senior positions with organizations building national brands including Best Western International.
 
In 2006 and 2007, he received a coveted, annual Realty World International award for market development, having secured 40 new licenses for each year. In 2009, he was nominated as one of the Top Five Expansion Managers of the Year worldwide.  

Tom Kunz Executive Vice President, Coaching & Accountability

Tom Kunz is Engel & Völkers’ Executive Vice President in North America and is responsible for managing and building on the global luxury real estate firm’s numerous business relations within the industry, and working with top brokerages in target markets.
 
Tom is the former President and C.E.O. of CENTURY 21® Real Estate Corporation from 2004-2010, as well as a published author and speaker. A franchising expert for over 30 years, Tom has established a successful track record involving franchise sales and ownership as well as running all aspects of brokerage and franchise operations. Under his leadership, Century 21 Real Estate had more than 7,700 franchised broker offices in 66 countries and territories worldwide. Tom was responsible for everything from field communication, franchise sales, systems implementation, system-wide recruiting, broker automation, and regional development.
He was a member of the team that developed franchise sales tools that are still used today to train franchise sales staff for all Realogy Corporation real estate brands.
 
In 2001, Tom was Senior Vice President of real estate franchise sales for Cendant in the western region of the United States. In this role, he was responsible for oversight of the franchise sales efforts for the CENTURY 21, Coldwell Banker®, Coldwell Banker Commercial® and ERA® real estate brands in 17 western states.
 
As an independent entrepreneur, Tom served as President of CENTURY 21 Award, an independently owned and operated real estate brokerage with 12 offices and 750 sales associates and employees located throughout San Diego and Riverside counties in California. CENTURY 21 Award was ranked as the No. 2 company in the entire CENTURY 21 System in 2003, generating more than $2 billion in closed sales volume and $53 million in adjusted gross commissions. The firm also ranked in the top 10 nationally among all CENTURY 21 affiliates with 5,733 closed transaction sides last year. Prior to entering the real estate field in 1982, Kunz owned his own employment agency and served as president of a software company.
 
Tom is also the co-author of the recently released book Community & Business Partnerships, a book that illustrates the synergy that can take place between non-profits and corporations.
